1. Payments
All Funds will be pay out in the currencie of your own country. Payments are made on the 4th day of every month for the amount earned in the previous month. Payments are made by either wire transfer.

DDS will only pay affiliates when the balance of the payments due the affiliates equals or exceeds 50 euro. Any balance below 50 euro will be carried over to the following payment period until the accumulated balance equals or exceeds € 50. DDS payment to an affiliate never equal or exceed € 50 at any point in the consecutive twelve month period beginning on the activation of the affiliate account, the payment shall be forfeit to DDS at the end of such period to cover administrative charges.

2. Liability
We are not liable to any damages due to downtime, incorrect usage, technical issues or false representation.

3. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account and decline funds for any participant that is partaking in illegal and improper activities. These include, but are not limited to, fraudulent credit activity, newsgroup spamming, and unsolicited e-mail. We have zero tolerance for these activities.

4. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold DDS, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

5. General Practices Regarding use and Storage
You acknowledge that DDS may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service. You acknowledge that DDS reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that DDS reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

6. Modifactions to Service
DDS reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that DDS shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Disclaimer
DDS AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE DOCUMENTS AND RELATED GRAPHICS PUBLISHED ON THIS SERVER FOR ANY PURPOSE. ALL SUCH DOCUMENTS AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DDS AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 8. Venue
Any dispute arising from, or in connection with the Service shall be construed under the laws of The Netherlands.
