All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no indication of the contents.

Why was my valid credit card declined when I placed my order?
If you received an error message after entering your valid credit card information, it may be because your billing name or address does not match the information on your credit card statement. For your order to be processed, this information must be exactly the same. In the Billing Information page, enter the address that appears on your current credit card billing statement. If this does not resolve the issue, you may wish to contact your credit card company for further assistance.

What happens when I create an account?
When you create an account with us we store all of the information that you would normally enter during the checkout process except for your credit card information. It is for your convenience, so next time you shop with us, you won't have to re-enter the same information over again. You also get one click order tracking once you have placed an order.

I received my order but an item is missing, what should I do?
All shown products are on stock so there are NO back orders. All orders are double checked before they leave. If you received your order and an item in your package is missing, please contact us at sales@dutch-seeds.com right away so we can complete your order.

What if my order or parts of my order are confiscated by customs?
Due to very strict regulations in some countries, we can not guarantee that customs will not confiscate your order. Please note that we do not take responsibility for orders confiscated by customs.
